I think this shows that freedom requires constant vigilance. when government offers to take care of us, it takes great restraint to decline. slowly we "give away the store" to the state, and we become slaves. taking responsibility for yourself prevents someone else from taking over your responsibiliies and thus taking your freedom. -Fronzel, from Canada great video!
