15-Year-Old Girl Arrested For Sexually Abusing Herself
A Pittsburgh girl was recently arrested for taking nude photos of herself and sending them to people she met in chat rooms on the internet. Among her charges were possession of child porn (for having the pictures stored on her hard drive), sexual abuse of children (for taking the pictures of herself) and dissemination of child porn (for distributing the pictures).
In America, the Land of the Free, a minor is not allowed to take nude pictures of herself. Not only is it not allowed, but it is considered to be child porn, and the act of taking the pictures is considered child abuse. A minor can actually be charged for sexually abusing herself. Whats next? Is masturbation going to be considered child molestation for minors?
Also, don’t forget that a child porn charge makes her a sex offender at the ripe, old age of fifteen. That means that she faces the stigma of being put in sex offender databases for the rest of her life. Some places require that sex offenders live a certain distance from schools, parks, and churches. Will her parents have to move her if they live to close to any of those places? Or will the state just take her away?
Next thing you know, a 17-year-old is going to be arrested for receiving oral sex from a 15-year-old. Oh wait, that already happened.

The prohibition of child porn was imposed in the 1980s. So people who wanted to look at child porn did so.
The assumptions is that a person who owns child porn pictures and videos is more likely to prey one children. With the same logic all those who view adult porn are more likely go out and rape someone - but that does not happen.
A person who resorts to rape may or may not any such incentive to justify his actions. So a person viewing child porn is not necessarily a child molester as the term has come to be used. Before the Internet, long before mass publication of pornographic magazines - all kinds deviant and perverted were actually committed.
The clampdown on child porn does not prevent the raping of children. The children of prostitutes are more sexually aware than those middle class homes where the mere discussion sex is taboo.
Prostitution is known as the world’s oldest profession and every effort to stamp it out has failed. There is extra income when the children of prostitutes start out early, they are the ones add to the income, when they enter the porn industry they are making additional money, till they grow up. Then their value diminishes.
It could very well be what is known as the Adult Industry - is simply to keep children, not to protect children - but ensure the careers of aging porn-stars.
There is large and extensive demand for child porn - but no one is stupid enough surf the internet to access it because different organizations are monitoring who is supplying it and who is accessing it. Unless of course the suppliers have the backing of powerful gangsters and the people receiving are equally well protected. (Think Indian sex workers) The internet as a means for accessing child porn can be ruled out for ordinary users. But child pornography will exist in one form or another.
The girl who showed herself to the world - knows what is available on the Internet and decided to do the same. In most countries as soon as a girl starts menstruating she is a woman - not a ‘teenager’. Many religions have girls married when they are thirteen. The idea that she is too young to marry is something unacceptable -when their religion allows them to do it.
There are varied standards and the laws of one country cannot apply to another. A 15 year old girl is sexually aware she knows she is attractive - so why not show it off.
There are children who willingly offer themselves to adults - because they come from broken homes. There is easy access to alcohol and drugs, once they become drug addicts they will be prepared to offer themselves to anyone for anything. The learn about sex early and use it as a means to an end, they have not been forced into it they do it for their next fix. Even if they do not hard drugs they simply tremendous amount of liquor, they are drunk, they lose their inhibitions and the barriers which prevented from certain things no longer exist they resort to all kinds of behavior.
These are not the ones who shoot their school teachers and fellow students they live a life extreme sexual perversion because that is what their life is all about, there is no moral guidance because the mother is away from home - these kids are left much to themselves and ruin their own lives. Their mothers probably never wanted them in the first place resorted to abortion but could never make up their minds. So we have child with absolutely no moral values and little conscience.

I couldn’t believe this tripe when I heard it on the news. How can something be so wrong-sided and upside down? I know everyone thinks this case is ridiculous (and it is) but maybe it will give us all an opportunity to review just how arbitrary and ridiculous our laws are when it comes to any kind of sexual activity.

Or any laws for that matter

Okay, this is ridiculous. One can be “sexually abused” (note that semantically, it implies external abusers right from the off, since there is the “abused” and “abuser”, usually separate) but one just simply CAN NOT (within the parameters of human logic, “sexually abuse oneself”. If that were possible, then I’d say, let’s ban masturbation too - it’s not like we have enough stigma attached to sexuality as a species and equally extreme measures in attempts to counter it… one can never have enough stigma.

THIS IS BULLSHIT… YOU CAN TELL SHE DON’T KNOW ANY BETTER… BUT KILL HER AND HER ABILITY OF BETTERING HERSELF, INSTEAD OF HELPING HER TO BETTER… I THINK A HELPING HAND SHOULD BE REACH OUT TO HER…
