   Ron Paul is right. The biggest challenge facing the nation has been completely ignored by the two Presidential candidates. As everyone heads off to vote, the running deficit leaps in one huge bound taking the total current debt to over 11 trillion dollars.

   The 44th. President with have to rapidly re-establish a long lost sense of confidence, that perennial footing upon which national and international leadership, as well as economic progress, are built. The new White House will have to assertively confront the fiscal challenge, sell it to the taxpayers, and energize Congress to support the required major budget overhaul toward sound fiscal policy. Cutting taxes won’t be any part of the process, nor will it be on the horizon.
