Ron Paul Left Out of LA Times/Bloomberg Poll

Posted in Bloomberg, Election 08, LA Times, Media Blackout, Primary Elections, Republican Primary, Ron Paul on June 13th, 2007 by RottingNation

The question read as follows:

If the Republican primary or caucus for president were being held in your state today and the candidates were Kansas Senator Sam Brownback, former House Majority Leader Newt Gingrich, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, California Congressman Duncan Hunter, Arizona Senator John McCain, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo, former governor of Wisconsin Tommy Thompson, and former Tennessee Senator and actor Fred Thompson, for whom would you vote: Brownback, Gingrich, Giuliani, Hucakabee, Hunter, McCain, Romney, Tancredo, Tommy Thompson or Fred Thompson?

Anyone else notice a certain name that is missing from that list?  This is exactly the type of bullshit that really gets to me.  All nine of the other current candidates were listed plus Fred Thompson who is not even officially running yet.  What is their reasoning for this?  Is it because they do not believe that Dr. Paul is a promising candidate?  Well I might be able to see that line of thinking except for the fact that he has raised more money than Huckabee (who is included in the poll).

This has made me angry enough to decide to write an e-mail to the LA Times at timespoll@latimes.com.  I encourage you all to do the same.

Please, if you support Ron Paul, send them an e-mail or a letter.  They deserve to hear from us for their blatant bias.
